Prescription Processing

We do not process prescription orders on Sunday. If you place an order after 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on Saturday, the order will be reviewed by a physician and be sent to the pharmacy on Monday.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before the physician approves it by calling
1-877-745-5779. If the physician has not yet approved the order, we will cancel your order. You cannot cancel an order once the physician has approved it.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Due to Federal Law, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges of prescription medications.
